HOW IT WORKS
The donation will be within the calendar year of closing (most likely within 60 days).
Each loan officer determines individually how much the donation will be. Some loan officers give a percentage; some give a flat amount. Either way, you get to choose your favorite charity to impact on our dime.
If there are multiple clients on a single loan, the clients can agree on a charity, or the donation will be split equally per client on a single loan.
The charity MUST be an established foundation, association, or non-profit organization (501-c3) –
GoFundMe and other crowdfunding sites are not eligible.
